iSono Health was founded in 2015. It has developed ATUSA, the world’s first AI-driven platform with an automated, potable, and wearable ultrasound to empower women and their physicians with early breast cancer detection and monitoring. The patented compact ultrasound scanner captures 3D images by automatically scanning the whole breast volume in 2 minutes. The device connects to a smartphone/tablet/laptop. The data is transferred to a secure cloud for image processing and storage. The system’s machine-learning algorithm uses acoustic biomarkers to identify abnormal masses.  The platform’s automated operation and software expand ultrasound use in point-of-care diagnostics and monitoring of breast health at radiology centers, walk-in, and mobile clinics. The product was FDA cleared in April 2022.
